Each teacher at NataRaj is internationally certified and experienced; each teaches in a different style and brings to their classroom a different personality. Students will find that some teachers and styles fit their liking better than others, and it is good to practice with many teachers to stay flexible and not become attached to only one way of doing things. For this reason students are encouraged to attend workshops with visiting teachers and try yoga at other studios as well. |

Oskar Indran NeryOskar’s teaching and knowledge of the body are derived from over twelve years of personal practice, teacher training in England and India, extensive study of anatomy and physiology and years of practicing therapeutic massage. Oskar’s classes integrate the mind and body by incorporating all aspects of a yoga practice: Pranayama, Meditation and Asana; and through the practice, he offers his students tools to lead a life of choice, empowerment, integrity and acceptance. Oskar’s classes combine flow and postural technique adapted to meet the needs of individuals at all times of their lives. |

Yan VannacVannac combines alignment and flow in his teaching, which has been influenced by his teacher Nicky Knoff of Knoff Yoga, Cairns, Australia. He encourages his students to think about their alignment by holding poses, and provides careful consideration of how to go into a pose, how to stay in the pose and how to come out of the pose. By taking care of alignment and combining it with a meditative attentiveness to the breath, students learn how to use their muscles and keep their joints safe in the practice. |

Isabelle SkaburskisIsabelle Skaburskis is a certified yoga therapist and founder of NataRaj Yoga and Krama Yoga NGO. Isabelle loves Ashtanga, but over the seven years she has been teaching, has worked with teachers who have studied with—and then moved away from—BKS Iyengar. As a result, Isabelle’s style is highly technical, demanding not only in its athleticism but in its precision and intensity. She received her first teaching certification from Knoff Yoga Academy and now studies with Hart Lazer. She received her Kids Yoga Teaching certificate from Amanda Reid of Samadhi Yoga. All are inspiring and wise teachers, but actually, she has learned the most about yoga from her students. |
